Console Clinic provides access to third-party courier comparison services (e.g., Parcel Monkey) but does not determine shipping costs. All fees, including any future fluctuations or surcharges, are set by the courier provider selected by the customer.
Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred courier, insurance level, and delivery speed. Console Clinic merely facilitates this process as a convenience and does not endorse or guarantee any specific provider.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the courier. Console Clinic is not responsible for any delays, missed deliveries, or service disruptions caused by the courier. Customers should allow for potential delays during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is included with the selected courier service, Console Clinic will provide tracking details to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the status of their shipment.
Reimbursement & Liability
Console Clinic accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to items in transit. All claims must be made directly with the courier. We advise selecting tracked and insured services, especially for high-value items. Additionally, items must be securely packaged prior to dispatch. Console Clinic will not be liable for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
Return & Exchange Policy
48-Hour No-Quibble Return Policy
Customers are entitled to return their purchase within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund — no questions asked. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
14-Day Return with Restocking Fee
Returns made after 48 hours and up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt will incur a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be in its original condition with all included accessories.
Returns After 14 Days
Returns requested after 14 calendar days will be considered at the discretion of Console Clinic Ltd.
Any refund offered will be based on the current market value of the item, considering its condition and demand.
