Service Description
This programme introduces pupils to the fascinating world of technology repair and engineering. Delivered in partnership with Whybridge Junior School, pupils will gain hands-on experience with real gaming hardware while learning teamwork, problem solving and practical skills.


Cancellation Policy
1. Booking All places must be booked in advance. Maximum 15 pupils per term due to the hands‑on nature of sessions. Registration does not guarantee a place; bookings are approved on a fair‑access basis. Confirmation is sent once a place is approved. 2. Sessions A typical term includes 4 weekly sessions, covering: Safe disassembly/reassembly of consoles (PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) Understanding internal components Controller structure and parts All sessions promote teamwork, listening, practical skills, and confidence. 3. Programme Cost £8 per session, paid in full upfront to secure a place. Payment must be completed before the first session. Payment details are provided upon acceptance. 4. Safety & Equipment Provided for all pupils: Safety goggles Protective gloves Age‑appropriate tools (supervised at all times) 5. Attendance Parents/Carers must ensure children: Arrive on time Are collected promptly after the session The school and Console Clinic are not responsible for pupils outside session times. Please notify us if your child cannot attend. 6. Behaviour Pupils must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may lead to: A warning Parent contact Removal from the programme if issues continue 7. Completion Rewards Each child receives: Their Tech Workbook A “Mini Tech” Certificate A £10 Console Clinic voucher 8. Refunds Payments are non‑refundable once the programme begins.
